Yoga Classes: Services
Various styles of yoga which combines yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation taking my inspiration from a number of respected yoga traditions.
On a physical level yoga has been shown to improve flexibility, strength and posture and to enhance the immune system.
Emotionally it teaches how to stay present in the moment and helps release long-held patterns of tension and stress, creating a deep sense of well-being.
Aham Yoga Home teaches kids about meditation, focus and breathing techniques while moving through various yoga poses.Try Aham Angel's Yoga for an introduction to yoga with fun props and yoga games where kids will try fun partner poses, bends and twists
This yoga session is designed with the view to relax the body by balancing the hormones disturbed by day today stressed while trying to conceive and during pregnancy.
It include some chanting, mindful yoga movements and breathing techniques.
It's a basic yoga session which is suitable to new and intermediate levels.
