Basic Prenatal Mindfulness yoga for to be mums from week 12 onwards..
This yoga session is designed with the view to relax the body by balancing the hormones disturbed by day today stressed while trying to conceive and during pregnancy.
It include some chanting, mindful yoga movements and breathing techniques.
It's a basic yoga session which is suitable to new and intermediate levels.
