Payal Thakur

Studio Manager & Internationally Accredited Yoga Coach

Payal Thakur has been with Aham Yoga Home as a founder and an Yoga and mindfulness Coach.She has worked with and helped countless yoga members to get into holistic well-being by yoga and mindfulness practices. She specializes into Ashtaang yoga and certified in Yoga with Svyasa University, Banglore, India in 2012 ; Hath Yoga in 2013,India and have achieved the CPD Standard Internationally Accredited diploma in Yoga Training,UK.Her goal is to assist the yoga learners to understand the basic postures and to know the way to gain maximum effect through improving the same.


Darshita S

Multi Style Yoga Teacher

Darshita is certified by Yoga Alliance as Multi Style Yoga Teacher and have succefully completed 500 hours of yoga practice.
She has traditional way of teaching Ashtang focusing on subtle energies in the body which helps in balancing the chakras.
Also her fusion flow of yoga combined with more that two styles of yoga is loved by many yoga lovers.
She is expert to introduce yoga to children from age 4 years with the right breathing techniques & yoga postures and encouraging them to discover yogi within them.


Namita S

Hath Yoga Instructor

Namita is Hatha Yoga teacher Trained and qualified with British Wheel of Yoga, London.

Being inspired by her Father who has been a dedicated yoga Practitioner, she has acquired the confidence and dedication in teaching yoga . She aims to introduce yoga to as many people as possible and help them to cultivate the love for yoga practice by keeping the lessons warm, with easy breathing and great flow.

Aham yoga is indeed delighted to have Namita as  dedicated and spiritual Yoga instructor.

Gandharv Kumar

Ashtaang Yoga Teacher

For over a decade, Gandharv has wholeheartedly devoted himself to the practice of yoga, both in India and abroad. With a wealth of experience in teaching yoga, he is a qualified and certified yoga teacher from renowned institutes in India. Additionally, he has pursued a diploma in naturopathy healing.His specialization encompass Ashtanga yoga, meditation, and Yoga Kriyas. Having been introduced to yoga from a young age, he takes great pride in embracing it as his lifelong vocation.

Magda W

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Magda is Specialized and qualified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with more than 10 years of yoga teaching practise. Vinyasa yoga is sequence of dynamic flow which not only helps us obtain the focus but also helps weigh loss and core building of muscles.
She has also been updating her training in various aspect and other styles of yoga continuously due to her passion and desire to gain in depth knowledge of Yoga Posters, Breathing exercise & relaxing techniques.In short she wishes to understand every aspect of yoga into complete details.
Aham yoga is indeed proud to have her as a team as she develops strong and warm connections with members of yoga and she is very good in customizing perfect yoga session for her students.
She is passionate about sharing her love for yoga with authentic and fun approach and extremely dedicated to creating and nurturing safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploring body,mind and spirit  for yogis of all levels.

Yoga and Mindfulness instructor

Jigyasa  have been teaching yoga for over three years as a full time yoga Teacher.
The style of yoga she teaches are hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa yoga,

she also conduct Meditation, Pranayama and Mindfulness.

Her  goal of yoga to create a happy environment for the practitioner during the session and the rest of their days and help them to maintain the balance between their overall Wellbeing.
