Payal Thakur has been with Aham Yoga Home since the very beginning. As an Yoga and mindfulness Coach.She has worked with and helped countless yoga members to get into holistic well-being by yoga and mindfulness practices. She specializes into Ashtaang yoga and certified in Yoga with Svyasa University, Banglore, India in 2012 ; Hath Yoga in 2013,India and have achieved the CPD Standard Internationally Accredited diploma in Yoga Training , UK in Feb 2020
Her goal is to assist the yoga learners to understand the basic postures and to know the way to gain maximum effect through improving the same.
Yoga and Mindfulness instructor
Jigyasa have been teaching yoga for over three years as a full time yoga Teacher.
The style of yoga she teaches are hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa yoga,
she also conduct Meditation, Pranayama and Mindfulness.
Her goal of yoga to create a happy environment for the practitioner during the session and the rest of their days and help them to maintain the balance between their overall Wellbeing.

Namita is Hatha Yoga teacher Trained and qualified with British Wheel of Yoga, London.
Being inspired by her Father who has been a dedicated yoga Practitioner, she has acquired the confidence and dedication in teaching yoga . She aims to introduce yoga to as many people as possible and help them to cultivate the love for yoga practice by keeping the lessons warm, with easy breathing and great flow.

Ashtaang Yoga Teacher
Since joining Aham Yoga Home,Mandeep Kaur has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. She is expert in Ashtaang Yoga as well as kids yoga.Her exceptional skill set, true passion and creativity has inspired many members. She has achieved her qualification as Graduation in yoga education from Punjab University , India
Vinyasa Yoga Teacher
Magda is Specialized and qualified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with more than 10 years of yoga teaching practise. Vinyasa yoga is sequence of dynamic flow which not only helps us obtain the focus but also helps weigh loss and core building of muscles.
She has also been updating her training in various aspect and other styles of yoga continuously due to her passion and desire to gain in depth knowledge of Yoga Posters, Breathing exercise & relaxing techniques.In short she wishes to understand every aspect of yoga into complete details.
Aham yoga is indeed proud to have her as a team as she develops strong and warm connections with members of yoga and she is very good in customizing perfect yoga session for her students.
